Sarah Albani joined Mechanik Nuccio as an associate in February 2020. She focuses her practice in the areas of commercial lending and real estate and business transactions. Sarah has prior legal experience in labor and employment law, personal injury, premises liability, and community association law. Previously, Sarah represented one of the largest national providers of skilled nursing services throughout the state of Florida in all employment litigation. She also managed discrimination and harassment complaints, conducted internal investigations and trainings, and drafted position statements in response to charges of discrimination.

Sarah is a native of Tampa, Florida. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013 and also received her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Florida in 2010.
