Tracy Woodard’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing and contracts, property acquisition, and development.

She has prior experience in handling complex commercial real estate transactions for developers and telecommunication site carriers, land use, and corporate matters.

Prior to joining Mechanik Nuccio, Tracy served as executive legal counsel at a top 10 U.S. commercial bank, where she advised officers and executive management on legal issues relating to lending and insuring residential and commercial transactions within Florida. Prior to that, she represented institutional lenders and commercial developers in negotiating and drafting documents for the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and development of commercial real estate. Tracy is also a graduate of the Hillsborough County Bar Leadership Institute.
