Leigh Rice focuses her practice in the areas of commercial real estate and business transactions.  Leigh is a SBA 504 Designated Attorney and serves both community development companies and banks by documenting and closing SBA 504 loans.  Leigh has prior legal experience in administrative law, community association law, personal injury, and premises liability.

In April 2015, she joined Mechanik Nuccio as an associate. Previously, Leigh worked in insurance defense representing various corporate clients. Prior to entering private practice, Leigh was a Senior Attorney with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Florida Office of Financial Regulation.

Leigh is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (B.S., 2006) and received her law degree from Florida State University College of Law (J.D., 2011). Before entering the legal profession, Leigh spent two years working as an Assistant Buyer in Charlotte.
