Allison Dicus Thompson is a certified circuit court mediator and a certified bankruptcy mortgage modification mediator. Her nearly two decades of litigation experience gives her a unique prospective to think outside of the box to help resolve even the most difficult of disputes. Allison sits on mediation panels throughout Florida, including the Florida Department of Financial Services. Allison has broad legal experience in bankruptcy and adversary proceedings, commercial litigation and business disputes, including representation of financial institutions and mortgage servicers.
She received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2006 and her bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida in 2003. She is an member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees and is admitted to the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Allison is a native of Tampa, Florida and active in the community. She is a Girl Scout troop leader, school volunteer and member of Hyde Park United Methodist Church. Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and attending their many sporting events.
