Marsha Moses practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation, inclusive of construction law, commercial contract disputes, real estate law, medical malpractice and personal injury. Prior to joining Mechanik Nuccio Hearne & Wester, P.A., Marsha practiced insurance defense for several Fortune 500 insurance carriers, foreclosure law, and entertainment law. Marsha has represented residential communities in collection matters, bankruptcy proceedings, enforcement issues, construction defects, and contract disputes.

Marsha graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Stetson University College of Law. Prior to practicing law, Marsha managed a research and development laboratory in the pharmaceutical industry. Marsha’s scientific background and technical training gives her a unique understanding of the medical field. While attending law school, Marsha served as an intern for the Honorable Claudia R. Isom in the General Circuit Division and the Honorable Richard A. Nielsen in the Complex Business Litigation Division.

Marsha is a multigenerational Hispanic Tampa native and lifelong resident committed to the improvement of our community. She is a member of the Tampa Bay Inn of Court Executive Committee, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and Emerge Tampa Bay of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Marsha has volunteered with Bay Area Legal Services and St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital.
