Mechanik Nuccio represents private and public clients throughout the State of Florida with a full range of legal services to clients involved in the development of real property, including Development of Regional Impact (DRI) reviews, DRI amendments, Essentially Built Out Agreements, comprehensive plan amendments, development agreements, rezonings, administrative permitting, (including access management, and alcoholic beverages), historic preservation/redevelopment, wetland permitting, transportation approvals and threatened and endangered species studies.

Mechanik Nuccio also handles land use/zoning due diligence studies for clients. This representation includes analyses of land and buildings where the client is considering the purchase of real estate and where a lender is considering the acquisition of real estate in distressed circumstances, such as foreclosure.
